222–224 West 21st Street are multi-family residential buildings located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. These properties underwent a complete renovation in the summer of 2014, carried out by Trident Builders Group.

The project included the full renovation of 18 apartments, featuring modern kitchens and high-end bathroom finishes. In addition to the residential units, common areas were also significantly upgraded, including the renovation of two hallways and basement spaces.

Outdoor areas were redesigned to enhance the residential environment, with improvements to the backyards and garden areas, including the installation of a hardwood deck.

The entire project was completed in less than six months, delivering upgraded residences and improved shared amenities in one of Manhattan’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
