401 East 50th Street is a multi-family residential building located in the Turtle Bay neighborhood of Manhattan. The property underwent a complete renovation in the summer of 2015, carried out by Trident Builders Group.

The project included the full renovation of 20 apartments, featuring modern kitchens and high-end bathroom finishes designed to enhance both functionality and comfort.

In addition to the residential units, common areas were also upgraded. Renovations included the modernization of the building’s hallways as well as improvements to the backyard and garden areas, creating more attractive shared outdoor spaces for residents.

A new residential laundry room was also constructed in the building’s basement, adding a convenient amenity for tenants.

The entire renovation project was completed in approximately five months.
