325 West 93rd Street is a large-scale residential renovation project located in the heart of the Upper West Side, one of Manhattan’s most prestigious neighborhoods. The project was completed in 2018 by Trident Builders Group.

The scope of work included a full gut renovation of 17 oversized apartments, along with the complete modernization of public hallways and stairways. The project also introduced a custom-designed rooftop terrace, providing an additional outdoor amenity for residents.

In addition to interior upgrades, the building underwent a comprehensive infrastructure modernization, including a full utilities upgrade and the replacement of the building’s boiler system.

The residences feature high-end custom finishes, oak wood flooring, elegant marble bathrooms, and custom-made European heating radiators, creating refined living spaces that combine comfort, quality craftsmanship, and contemporary design.
