These two residential buildings underwent a complete renovation completed by Trident Builders Group between 2018 and 2019. Over the course of six months, the project included the full renovation of 24 apartments along with the modernization of two common hallways.

In addition to the interior upgrades, the electrical service for both buildings was fully upgraded to meet modern standards. The renovation significantly improved the functionality, safety, and overall quality of the residences while enhancing the shared spaces for residents.
