254 West 18th Street is a redevelopment project located in the heart of Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. Originally a three-story building, the property underwent a major transformation led by Trident Builders Group.

The project included the addition of three new floors, expanding the structure to accommodate five spacious loft-style residences of approximately 2,000 square feet each, including a penthouse unit.

The scope of work involved extensive structural upgrades, including full underpinning and reinforcement to ensure the building’s stability during vertical expansion. The project also included the renovation of the building’s façade as well as the complete build-out of all interior spaces.

The building was designed by George Rycar Architect PC, combining modern loft-style living with thoughtful architectural design in one of Manhattan’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
