315-329 Lincoln Place, Brooklyn, NY 11238

315–329 Lincoln Place was a 10,000-square-foot residential expansion project completed in September 2015 by Trident Builders Group.

The project involved the construction of a one-floor extension across four buildings located at 315, 319, 323, and 329 Lincoln Place. Each building was expanded to include two new two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences designed with modern layouts and premium features.

The newly created units include private patios, skylights that bring natural light into the living spaces, and independent heating and cooling systems for enhanced comfort and efficiency.

In addition to the building extensions, Trident Builders Group. renovated the common areas of all four buildings, including hallways, vestibules, and main entrances.

The entire project, including construction and interior improvements, was completed in less than seven months.
