1104 Lexington Avenue is a complex redevelopment project located in the heart of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The project was launched in 2017 and involved a comprehensive modernization of two interconnected buildings.

Trident Builders Group carried out a complete infrastructure upgrade that included the replacement of the building’s boiler system, installation of new electrical and gas services for seven commercial spaces and more than 30 residential apartments, as well as a new water main and sprinkler main. Both buildings were fully sprinklered to meet modern safety standards.

In addition to the infrastructure improvements, more than 25 apartments were fully renovated with high-end finishes and modern building systems. Each residence was upgraded with HVAC heating and cooling, structural repairs, and dedicated 200-amp electrical service.

The project scope also included plans to expand the property with two new penthouse additions featuring private terraces, along with a complete roof replacement, further enhancing the value and functionality of the buildings.
