371 East 10th Street is a major residential redevelopment project located in the heart of Manhattan’s East Village. Completed in the fall of 2019 by Trident Builders Group, the project encompasses a 22-unit building totaling approximately 14,000 square feet.

The scope of work included a complete interior demolition followed by a comprehensive structural rebuild. The building was reframed with new structural joists, and two elevators were installed to enhance accessibility and functionality.

In addition, the project involved a full infrastructure upgrade, including entirely new building systems for gas, electricity, water, sprinklers, and sewage. Common areas were also fully renovated, featuring redesigned hallways with custom millwork that complement the building’s updated residential character.

All phases of construction and renovation were fully managed and executed by Trident Builders Group, delivering a modernized residential property while meeting the structural and infrastructure demands of contemporary urban living.
